Tri newbie! - 4/26/2006: "Woke up late….no workout this morning, plus my allergies are KILLING me. That just means that I have to do a bike/run brick this afternoon. So that is the plan. Maybe a 30 mile bike then a 5 4 mile run. Not bad for an afternoon brick. Maybr I should over-sleep more often! Bike: 58m 20s 30.00 miles 30.86 miles/hrRun: 26m 20s 4.00 miles 6.58 miles/hr"
