Tri newbie! - 4/25/2006: "First leg of workout. At lunch i will do a swim/bike brick. The plan is 1000 yard swim followed by a 13 mile ride. I'm time limited at lunch...but it's a good day for a sprint brick 20 Miles this morning @ 28.5mph av 1000 yard swim and a 12 mile ride @ 24mph av Swim: 20m 1000.00 yards 2m /100 yardsBike: 1h 16m 32.00 miles 25.26 miles/hr"
