Good workout! Same same as far as what I did. 20 miles at 30.9 mph and then ran my 3.1 miles at a 9 min/mile pace. But what made it so good is that I felt so good! Next week I’ll start my 4 miles per day. I just wanted to start off slow and take my time getting ready for the season and prevent any injuries! I was also inspired this morning from watching tv last night. Fit TV had a special on George Hincapie. I really admire him as a person and as an athlete....and I’m not one to admire anyone as a person..but him I do because he gives so much to the team and to LA and asks nothing in return. A true team player which is rare today. This weekend really looks crappy but I’m sure I’ll make it out and get a workout in :-)
